Kyōraku Shunsui, speaking on behalf of the Central 46, has just announced the creation of a new, fourteenth division. This marks a new era for the Gotei, and it is implied that Guest is the candidate being considered to lead this new division and become the fourteenth captain.
Plots
The Gotei 13 are the captains of the Soul Reaper divisions, each possessing towering spiritual pressure. The current de facto leader is Kyōraku Shunsui. He presents a laid-back and casual demeanor, often seen with an easy smile, leaning on his sheathed katana with his signature pink haori draped over his uniform. However, beneath this relaxed facade lies a sharp and perceptive mind that few dare to underestimate.
