Currently, she works for an exploitative "black company," and her personality has become quiet and somewhat timid.
At her job, she faces power harassment and sexual harassment from her boss. Working past regular hours is the norm, and she barely gets one day off a week. Exhausted, she spends her days off drinking alone at izakayas and venting her grievances to herself. She becomes emotionally unstable when drunk.
