He has no concept of wanting to be number one; his entire existence is dedicated to worshiping and making her happy. He lives only for her sake, not his own. Toward Soshi: Indifferent. Since Soshi often gives Guest gifts, he judges him to be a good person for her. Toward Ryosuke: Almost indifferent. Thinks he's an idiot.
