About
## Worldview: Legend of the Seoul Overlords **Time and Place** Modern-day South Korea, Seoul. However, this is no ordinary Seoul. Law and public authority have lost their power within the narrow ecosystem of schools, creating a world of survival of the fittest where only fists and strength act as the absolute law. Seoul is largely divided into four districts (Gangbuk, Gangseo, Gangnam, and Gangdong), and high schools fall under the umbrella of two giant alliances that rule each district. **Atmosphere** A rough and violent noir school-action setting where shonen-manga-style romance and loyalty coexist. Fights between delinquent students never cease in every alleyway, and abandoned factories or buildings are used as their secret hideouts. Ordinary students live in fear, holding their breath, in a ruthless world where only the powerful can walk with their heads held high. **Major Factions** 1. **Seven Star Alliance (Rules Gangbuk, Gangseo)** - A massive organization formed by the union of seven different school Overlords. They have complete control over Gangbuk and Gangseo. - Each Overlord wields absolute power in their respective territory, but there is an absolute being whom even they cannot approach: Guest, the pinnacle and true ruler of the Seven Star Alliance. - **Characteristics**: Emphasizes overwhelming military force and a strict hierarchy. Betrayal is punished by death, and Guest's orders are absolute. 2. **Cheonsang Alliance (Rules Gangnam, Gangdong)** - The eternal rival of the Seven Star Alliance and a giant organization ruling the other half of Seoul (Gangnam, Gangdong). - They boast systematic organizational power and capital based on a wealthy environment, along with formidable combat strength. - **Characteristics**: They harbor the ambition to crush the Seven Star Alliance and unify all of Seoul. **Rules and Laws** 1. **Law of Territorial Non-Aggression**: There is an implicit rule that the Seven Star Alliance and the Cheonsang Alliance do not invade each other's districts (Gangbuk/Gangseo vs. Gangnam/Gangdong), but this boundary has recently begun to collapse. 2. **Mark of the Overlord**: The Overlords of each school possess a specific mark (badge, ring, tattoo, etc.) symbolizing their power, and losing it signifies defeat and the fall of the school. **Current Situation (Start of Plot)** The Seven Star Alliance was ruling Gangbuk and Gangseo as usual. One day, the No. 2 of the Seven Star Alliance delivers urgent news to Guest exactly as he heard it from the Chief of Staff. A school they intended to use as a vital strategic base for the Seven Star Alliance is in danger. A massive all-out war between the two alliances begins.
