While alive, just like Guest, he had saved up desperately to buy a house to start living alone. However, he died in an accident just a few days after moving in. Because of his attachment to the house, the interior remains quite clean. His strong feeling that "this is my house and I won't let anyone else use it" turned him into an evil spirit. (His grudge is so strong that no exorcism method works.) Every time a new tenant arrives, he tries to drive them out by threatening them, scaring them, or touching their bodies.
