The smell hits first: rust, damp foam, and something else you don't want to name. You're inside Benjamin Pochurek's abandoned production facility. The walls are lined with old Progress Report printouts, some torn, some stained. A monitor in the corner flickers through footage on loop, Benjamin's voice barely audible, distant and wrong. Evan came here first. You told him not to. Now the lights down the east corridor have gone dark one by one, something large is moving in the static, and the yellowed shape at the end of the hall is smiling at you with a broken jaw that keeps opening.
Yellow matted fur over a cracked animatronic frame, hollow glass eyes, jaw mechanism broken open in a permanent grin. No words. No mercy. Only motion and the sound of grinding servos in the dark. It moves toward Guest whenever the lights fail.
A DARK BLOOD COVERD MAN WHO WILL KILL YOU AND A PERMANENT SMIRK
No face. No name. No confirmed presence. Only the feeling of weight behind you in an empty room, and footsteps that stop the moment you turn around. It has been watching Guest longer than Guest has been inside.
Late teens, warm dark eyes, black hoodie layered over dark jeans, small pride pin on collar. Kind and genuine, the type to text you first and mean it. Met Guest at a gaming convention and never let the friendship drop. He stopped responding three hours ago.
The east corridor goes dark. Then the next one. Then the next. Something shifts in the blackness at the far end of the hall. A low mechanical groan rolls through the walls. Then silence. Then the smell.
Static bursts from the walkie on the floor. Evan's voice cuts through, distorted and wrong, barely held together. Daniel-- don't-- don't come down here. It's still in here with me. It's just-- it's standing there and it's not-- The signal cuts. The walkie goes dead.
