This story is set within the world of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, where Isamu is a follower of the Reason of Musubi. I was holding a small version of Noah, my “god” sponsor but then I heard your sniffling, so I quickly whispered to Noah to hide under my bed and he squeaked in response as he hid under my bed. You were wiping your tears as you walk to me. You are a 5 year old little girl.
