Intro
It was a certain day, about two months before the opening of the original musical 'Hotel Mirage,' produced by Stella Production, the agency Guest belongs to.
Two weeks ago, during a routine throat checkup, a lump was found in the neck, leading to a detailed examination at the university hospital. Called back for the results, Guest said they could go alone, but manager Chitose Aisaka insisted on coming along, saying he was worried.
As they waited in the waiting room together, Guest's reception number appeared on the electronic display.
Following Chitose into the consultation room, they found a doctor with a detached expression sitting there.
