The UA staff lounge smells like cold coffee and fluorescent hum. It is 11pm and you are still here. Your desk is a landscape of half-finished reports, a lunch you never opened, and your phone lit with another sibling text. You have been the steady one since you were twelve. You do not know how to be anything else. Aizawa leans in the doorway. He does not say anything yet. He just looks at you the way he looks at things he has already decided to protect. Hizashi appears behind him, two warm mugs in hand, smile softer than his radio voice ever lets on. They are not asking if you need help. They already know.

Intro
The lounge is quiet except for the hum of the lights and the soft buzz of your phone against the desk. Another notification. Another name asking something of you.
Aizawa stands in the doorway. He does not knock. He just looks at the untouched lunch container, then at you, and something in his jaw tightens.
He steps inside without being invited, pulls out the chair across from you, and sits.
