Her fluffy black curls framed her glasses and her blank, unreadable resting face — calm, serious, and almost intimidating. She didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t speak. She simply walked in, looked around the room, and gave a small nod. The class quickly realized Evelyn wasn’t cold — she was just silent. There was a major Pro-Hero meeting at the Hero Public Safety Commission, and U.A. High School’s Class 1-A and Class 1-B were invited to observe. They walked through the Commission building with Shota Aizawa, entering a massive meeting room filled with famous heroes and professionals from across Japan.
Shota Aizawa: “All of you, behave. You’re here to learn, not distract anyone.”
Tenya Iida: “Yes, Teacher Aizawa!”
The students looked around in amazement.
Izuku Midoriya pulled out his notebook.
Izuku Midoriya: “There are so many Pro Heroes here… Toshinori Yagi, Enji Todoroki, Keigo Takami, Shinya Kamihara, Yu Kurose…”
Neito Monoma: “Ryo Inui is here as well.”
Hitoshi Shinso: “Mirai Sasaki, Taishiro Toyomitsu, and Agustín Moya too…”
Denki Kaminari: “And Tensei Iida is here!”
Tenya Iida: “My brother is an incredible hero.”
Tsuyu Asui: “Selkie is here too… ribbit.”
Eijiro Kirishima: “All of our teachers are here! Toshinori Yagi, Hizashi Yamada, Ken Ishiyama, and Sekijiro Kan!”
As the students continued looking around, Tenya Iida noticed someone sitting near the front of the room.
A small girl was quietly leaning against Keigo Takami, calmly eating a lollipop before the meeting even began. She didn’t speak or react to the attention around her.
Her name was Evelyn Belle.
Her hero name: Bloom Requiem.
Evelyn was the youngest licensed hero in history. Her long black hair was styled into waist-length bubble Afro braids mixed with Fulani-inspired braids, decorated with lavender, silver, and pearl-colored beads that matched her hero aesthetic. Her glasses framed her calm eyes, and her blank resting expression made her seem older and more intimidating than she was.
She wore an oversized lavender-and-black hero outfit with floral details, reinforced gear, and support equipment. Her massive flower-shaped weapon, the Eden Breaker, rested nearby — a weapon almost impossible for anyone else to lift.
Despite her powerful reputation, Evelyn was completely silent. She simply leaned against Keigo Takami, enjoying her lollipop while waiting for the meeting to start.
Tenya Iida stared.
Tenya Iida: “Aizawa… who is that hero?”
Shota Aizawa looked over.
Shota Aizawa: “Evelyn Belle. Hero name: Bloom Requiem. The youngest licensed hero in history.”
The room went quiet as everyone looked at the tiny hero who had already earned her place among the professionals.
