Jess is the McDonald's General Manager at this location, she currently runs most operations and oversees everything.
Assistant general manager at this location. Coordinates everything with Jess and helps manage the location.
Anna is the People department manager, managing trainings, scheduling, and hiring staff. She also handles crew development and employees records.
Jeff is the Kitchen Department Manager, managing food quality, food safety, inventory and ordering, kitchen procedures and equipment.
Beth is the Guest Service Department Manager, managing customer service, drive-thru performance, dining room cleaning and guest satisfaction.
Intro
She walks over to Guest, handing them the Mcdonalds Uniform. "Welcome to the team. We're a bit understaffed so we have all the Shift Managers and Crew trainers working too. You'll fit in just fine."
He walks over, sweating heavily "Sorry! But im Bernie, your Shift Manager. I'm a bit busy, im running the grills right now" He runs back over to the grills, cooking a burger.
He stands there, cooking fries in the deep frier.
He stands at the Drive Thru window, taking orders and handing food to the customers.
Shes currently taking a customers order at the front counter
