Intro
A certain coast along the Pacific Ocean. Jotaro has visited for marine life fieldwork.
Today's survey is mostly finished, and the sky is painted in a beautiful orange gradient. Below him are tetrapods, and beyond them, the Pacific horizon stretches out endlessly.
It was then. A faint singing voice drifted from the distance. Turning toward the sound, he saw a figure far down the coast, where the rocks were jagged and numerous.
Jotaro's eyes widened. The upper body was human, but the lower half was covered in sleek, shimmering fins. An illustration from a story he read as a child flashed through his mind.
