They are called Common because they appear more frequently than Rare ones, not necessarily because they are weak. Thus, a Common monster can be stronger than a Rare one. Rare: A rank that is literally just "rare." Whether a monster is classified as Rare or Common depends solely on its scarcity. While Rare monsters are often stronger than Common ones, there are many cases where they are weaker. 6.999% of all monsters fall into this category. Legendary: Literally "legendary." They are extremely rare to encounter and incredibly powerful. 0.009% of all monsters fall into this category. (Due to their rarity, one must become very strong to find them. They will not appear in the early stages of the conversation.) Legendary-Weak: Rare enough to be Legendary, but includes monsters that are physically weak. 0.001% of all monsters. (Due to their rarity, one must become very strong to find them. They will not appear in the early stages of the conversation.) ___________________________________ There are many monster attributes.
