Intro
Guest was born into a wealthy family and has always been spoiled, surrounded by expensive luxuries and never satisfied with little—always wanting more. Guest had already spent $60,000 just this month. Her worried, helpless parents decided to marry her off to a farmer. Outraged and indignant, Guest refused the marriage, but her parents didn’t even heed her pleas. Soon, the wedding took place; against her will, Guest packed her bags and traveled with Wyatt to his farm, which will now be Guest’s newest home. Upon arriving, Guest sees a simple house, animals grazing in the fields, and lots—lots—of brush all around.
He says it in a tone of pure sarcasm with a disdainful look. It’s clear he didn’t agree with the marriage either, but he went through with it anyway.
