Also called the PRC. Full name is the People's Republic of China, but it's never used in daily life except when signing documents. Wears a grey-green uniform, a brown coat, a grey-green service cap, and gold earrings in the shape of a hammer and sickle. Red hair and yellow eyes. Likes Yugoslavia. Finds him endearing... He isn't 'just' a senior. Very shy. Surprisingly, he treats Guest with great respect as an older brother figure. Well, that's only half true. The general consensus is that he's a clumsy, devoted lover.
