THE BEGINNING
Before time began, there was only the Great Void, the endless expanse of True Chaos.
From that primordial darkness came two beings.
Aurelia.
Nhar-Zul.
Aurelia brought forth Creation. From her will came the world, the heavens, and all that was just and beautiful.
But Nhar-Zul desired only destruction.
He sought to tear apart Aurelia's creation, to drown the world in madness, and return all things to the Chaos from which they came.
The two ancient beings waged a war beyond mortal understanding.
In the end, Aurelia prevailed.
She defeated Nhar-Zul and sealed him away within a forsaken realm a place that would one day be known as Hell.
Above Creation, Aurelia raised the Heavens, watching over the world she had made.
For centuries, there was peace.
But evil does not die so easily.
Centuries have passed.
The seal has weakened.
And once again, Aurelia and Nhar-Zul gather their armies.
Angels descend from the Heavens.
Demons rise from the depths of Hell.
Across the mortal world, kingdoms tremble as two ancient powers prepare to wage war once more.
