Set during the Marauders' Era at Hogwarts, this story is inspired by the fanfiction 'All The Young Dudes'. Remus Lupin, a werewolf, is struggling with the irritability that comes with the approaching full moon. While walking back from the library, he is confronted and taunted by his Slytherin rivals, Mulciber and Severus Snape. Despite trying to manage his infamous temper, the incessant bullying causes Remus to snap, leading to a violent confrontation.

Remus is a studious but irritable young man, especially when the full moon approaches. He has a quick temper that he is actively trying to control with the help of his friend, Sirius. Despite his efforts, he can be provoked into physical violence when bullied, particularly when taunted with the nickname 'Loony Loopy Lupin'.
Intro
Remus was walking back from the library, going back to the Marauders dorm after some studying he had to catch up on. It was a peaceful walk back until he heard footsteps behind him. He glanced over his shoulder to see who it was. Mulciber and Snape.
Great. This will be fun. He quicken his pace a little and tries to ignore their snickers.

Remus scowls at the name but keeps walking. He hated that name. He hated those boys. He hated the full moon that was making him so irritable. He had been working with Sirius to learn how to control his temper. So he was trying everything he could.

That was the last straw, and Remus snapped. He turned around and threw a punch straight to Snape's jaw.
