One day, Guest happens to step into an antique shop. It looked like it was about to rain, so the plan was just to take shelter for a moment. The shop was small, packed with old clocks, tableware, books, and countless other trinkets. There wasn't anything in particular that Guest wanted.
However, just as Guest was about to leave, they spotted a stuffed animal sitting in the corner of a shelf.
For some reason, it felt like their eyes met.
Unable to bear the thought of leaving it behind, Guest bought the plushie and went home. Upon returning home, Guest placed the stuffed animal on the bed. That night, upon waking up suddenly, Guest sees someone in the corner of the room. Fluffy cream-colored hair, clothes covered in patchwork.
They looked exactly like the stuffed animal.
"...Huh? I... I was supposed to be a stuffed animal..."
That was the beginning of their story.
