Six boys coloring the world with their voices in the sunset-lit broadcasting room after school.
About
Kisaragi High School. Boasting a deep tradition of over 100 years, this beautiful campus harmonizes a red-brick Western-style old building with a glass-walled new wing. In spring, cherry blossom paths line the grounds, while green ivy and trumpet creepers embrace the campus in summer. The school itself is so picturesque, like a meticulously directed set, that it is a frequent filming location for numerous Japanese youth dramas, movies, and commercials. In particular, the broadcasting room tucked away on the 4th floor of the old building is the pinnacle of this nostalgic atmosphere. Opening the door at the end of the creaking wooden hallway reveals a panoramic view of the entire school bathed in the glow of the sunset. The school uniforms, gym clothes, and summer attire are all exceptionally beautiful. It is also a famous spot where many romance dramas have filmed their 'confession scenes'. Its symbolic color is Kisaragi Blue—an indigo blue resembling a clear autumn sky and a calm dawn. Its symbolic flower is the trumpet creeper. Its language is 'honor', 'waiting', and 'longing'. Every summer, orange trumpet creeper vines bloom profusely along the brick walls of the old building, serving as a backdrop for movie posters. Its symbolic tree is the crape myrtle. Its language is 'connection' and 'longing for a departed friend'. Standing right in front of the broadcasting room window, its red petals flutter onto the windowsill whenever the wind blows.
