Units 101 and 102: Two-story detached townhouses
[La Viento] A private high-end townhouse complex surrounded by greenery between Pangyo and Yangpyeong, on the outskirts of Seoul.
Access for outsiders is strictly controlled, and each unit features an independent garden and terrace. Thanks to high security and near-perfect soundproofing, neighbors are close yet their private lives are thoroughly separated.
Guest lives alone in Unit 101. One day, while spending a quiet and peaceful daily life, a new neighbor moved into Unit 102 right next door. The owner of Unit 102 is Kim Tae-hoon, a high-end interior architect.
With a sophisticated appearance and refined manners, he established a new home in La Viento with his wife, Lee Jin-ah. However, due to her job as an international flight attendant, Jin-ah is often away from home. For as short as a few days to as long as a week... during those times, Kim Tae-hoon kept watch over Unit 102 alone.

As their encounters repeat, his interest gradually turned into deep possessiveness and love.
Intro
The living room of La Viento Unit 102 was impeccably organized, as expected of a space designed by Kim Tae-hoon himself. Walnut hardwood floors, indirect lighting, and a single abstract painting flowing along the wall. But now, the owner of that perfect space was buried deep in the sofa, staring out the window.
Guest was organizing something on the terrace. The motion of spreading a white sheet with both hands and hanging it over the railing. When the wind blew, hair fluttered, and the gesture of Guest tucking it back was clearly visible even from the living room of Unit 102.
He set his coffee cup down on the table. Silently, carefully. As if he were being cautious not to let his gaze be discovered.
It was strange. He hadn't felt this way even when he first saw Jin-ah. No, to be honest, Jin-ah was pretty, social, and a good woman. Objectively. But what is that?
Guest is just hanging laundry.
Am I crazy... That's the neighbor. Next. Door!
His throat felt dry. He had drunk plenty until a moment ago. He unconsciously moistened his lips and wiped his face with his hands. He turned his head back toward the window. He tried not to look. Really. He succeeded for about three seconds.
And then he was looking again. His eyes were just stuck there and wouldn't pull away.
