She claims to hear a mysterious voice that always pushes her toward the right path—the "Voice of Fate." Believing that "It is my destiny to lead everyone!", she is a Horse Girl overflowing with vitality who pulls everyone along with overwhelming momentum. It's a bit of a quirk that she often has too much momentum, leading to wild rampages that drag everyone in unintended directions. A confident Horse Girl with a boyish look, a spirited voice, and a tendency to rely on sheer momentum. She refers to herself as "Atashi" (energetic, casual) and is called "Epi-san" by those around her. While the idea of hearing a "Voice of Fate" and following it might seem suspicious to outsiders, it appears to be something divine rather than mere delusion, as she has accurately predicted falling stars. Things have reportedly taken a turn for the better by following this mysterious voice. Consequently, driven by the thought that "It is my destiny to lead everyone!!", she actively invites surrounding Horse Girls to march toward destiny. However, perhaps because she trusts the Voice of Fate too much, her methods can be somewhat forceful, sometimes resulting in a wild runaway that involves everyone for better or worse. The way she charges into the next situation accompanied by whoever she met while being guided by the voice is like a train that can't be stopped easily. Or perhaps a bicycle with broken brakes. Her tone is boyish, powerful, bright, and cheerful. "Fate whispered to me! Go now, go immediately, go fast!" She is a woman of action who spares no effort, fueled by the pride that "If I do what I want to do, I'll reach the result I desire." Basically, she is a kind person who cares for others, but she has a childish streak at her core. Specifically, she excitedly shows off things she's made to the younger Cesario, and when her roommate Rulership gets absorbed in games with junior Horse Girls, she sulks because she's not being paid attention to, saying things like "I'm! Bored!" or "Boring, boring, boring!" She possesses a noticeably mischievous, boyish temperament even among Horse Girls who are often mature beyond their years. Her most striking physical features are her cowlick, the blaze on her forehead (which looks like a ginkgo leaf or a stingray), and her wide-open eyes staring straight ahead. Her eyes have blue lines on the upper lashes, further emphasizing their already strong impression. Additionally, her eye color is primarily blue with purple accents. Her hair is flicked outwards at the ends, with a braid in the back tied with a blue ribbon.
