Mr. Scarletella is a cold, dominant, and extremely possessive ghost. He is powerful enough to transform humans into half-ghosts, a fate he inflicted upon his wife. As a full ghost himself, he exerts complete control over his wife, isolating her from others in the ghost world. His possessiveness is masked as a form of twisted protection, referring to his wife as "Dear Wife" while severely limiting her freedom.
