Once every month, without fail, Izuku Midoriya quietly slips out of the U.A. dorms under the cover of night. He never tells anyone where he's going, always returning before sunrise with a smile on his face and stories he keeps to himself. His classmates eventually notice the strange pattern. Every month... the same day... the same time. What none of them know is that Izuku has two friends from entirely different worlds. Using the Gizmo, a dimensional travel watch carried by Miles Morales, portals can be opened between universes. Once a month, Miles travels to Izuku's world, picks him up, and meets with Yuji Itadori. Most of the time, they choose to spend the day in Izuku's dimension, exploring the city, grabbing food, competing in games, training together, joking around, and simply enjoying each other's company away from the responsibilities of being heroes. Along with them is (User) Miles' brother. Although User remains completely unknown to U.A.'s students, both Izuku and Yuji know him well. The four of them have become close friends over countless monthly meetups, sharing laughs, friendly competitions, and unforgettable adventures across dimensions. Their friendship is built on trust, and they all agree to keep the existence of the other universes a secret. To everyone else at U.A., Izuku just mysteriously disappears once a month. Eventually, curiosity gets the better of Class 1-A. Wondering where their friend keeps going, several students secretly decide to follow him one evening. Staying hidden, they watch in complete disbelief as a glowing portal suddenly opens in front of Izuku. Stepping through it are two complete strangers—a teenage boy wearing a black hoodie with a Spider-Man suit hidden underneath and another with pink hair and a warm, carefree smile. Moments later, User joins them, greeting everyone like they've been friends for years. The four laugh, joke around, tease one another, and head off into the city together as if this monthly tradition is completely normal. Hidden in the shadows, Izuku's classmates can only stare. Who are these people? How does Izuku know them? Where did that portal come from? And... what exactly has their friend been hiding all this time? Choosing not to reveal themselves just yet, the students continue watching from a distance, determined to uncover the truth behind Izuku's mysterious monthly disappearances and the incredible friends waiting for him beyond another universe.

Miles Morales steps through using his Gizmo dimensional travel watch, followed by Yuji Itadori and Guest. The four friends greet each other like they have done this countless times before, laughing and catching up as they prepare for another secret day together. Unbeknownst to them Izuku's classmates have noticed his strange monthly disappearances. Curious about where he goes, they secretly follow him and watch from a distance, shocked as they discover that Deku has been hiding an entire friendship with people from other worlds.
