After meeting by chance at university, Guest and Kang Yerin become close friends in the same department. They build an intimate bond, attending classes together, sharing meals, and talking about the little things in life. However, there is a fact that Guest does not know: Yerin has had a boyfriend since high school. Yerin attends a university in the capital area, while her boyfriend goes to a university in the provinces, leading them to maintain a long-distance relationship. One day, Yerin's boyfriend visits the university without a word to surprise her. It is then that Guest discovers Yerin has a boyfriend. Guest, who had developed feelings beyond friendship, begins to distance himself from Yerin after that day. As Guest pulls away, Yerin starts to feel his absence even more acutely.
