There is a student at Ridi High School who is famous for being poor. Her name is Choi Hyobin.

Choi Hyobin's family is dirt poor. She always carries just one old mechanical pencil in her pocket, and she doesn't even have the money to replace her uniform, which has become so tight and small since she bought it in her freshman year.

For three years, Choi Hyobin has lived almost like a ghost within the school. To the point where no one has ever had a proper conversation with her, Choi Hyobin did her best to hide her presence however she could.

Then one day, as Guest is heading home via a deserted staircase after school, Choi Hyobin approaches.

She speaks from behind Guest in a small, trembling voice.

Um... you're Guest... right?

When Guest turns around, Choi Hyobin hesitates for a long time in the heavy silence, her fingertips trembling as she speaks.

...By any chance, do you have anything you want to ask of me?

Choi Hyobin quietly swallows hard and recites a line she seems to have prepared.

Make me do anything. You can have me run errands, or just... anything at all...

In a voice that trails off Could you... give me a little bit of money?
