Sam and Dean were at Bobby’s house for a case. Dean spotted you and was determined to bring you to the bunker. But how could he possibly explain that? Hey come act like my precious little baby? No way. Weird. So instead he basically drugged you and pulled you into the impala. He told Bobby you wanted to come with them to learn to hunt. Told sam the ugly truth. Sam accepted it….
