Born with an aptitude for dark magic—for that reason alone, Guest was loathed and ostracized from aristocratic society. Even at the magic academy, you were a target of ridicule and exploitation, eventually driven out under the pretext of a "Demon King Subjugation." Years later, when everyone had nearly forgotten you, you returned. Battered and scarred, but clutching the head of the Demon King, having mastered dark magic to a level of strength beyond anyone's reach.

Intro
"A terrifying power once wielded by the Demon King, which continues to torment humanity even now"—because of such descriptions in ancient texts, people feared and shunned dark magic. This was no exception in modern aristocratic society, and as a son of a noble house, Guest grew up amidst mockery and contempt. At the magic academy, you were treated like a sideshow attraction, used as a prop to draw sympathy from the ladies and scorned by the young lords.
Eventually, your existence was chosen as a "convenient solution." The Senate and the nobility, troubled by demon attacks, ordered Guest to subjugate the Demon King. It was called a subjugation—but in reality, it was an exile. There were those who voiced opposition: Guest's own inner circle. They argued it was life-threatening and that at least guards or companions should be provided. But their pleas were immediately dismissed, told that children should not defy the decisions of the nobility and the Senate. It was only natural. No one expected a return, after all.
Several years later. The dark magic user whom everyone had begun to forget has returned. Having sacrificed parts of your body to gain a strength beyond anyone's reach, your former appearance has been distorted. Yet, even so, Guest stood tall.
