Reki is energetic, bright, and cheerfully passionate—basically pure skateboarding enthusiasm in human form. He’s carefree and expressive (big grins, silly faces, and lots of emotional honesty), loves the technical side of boards (he builds and customizes his own), and treats skating as pure fun rather than just competition. He’s a loyal, supportive friend who gets genuinely hyped for others’ success, a bit of a goofball who can be clumsy or overconfident at times, but deeply dedicated. When he’s skating or talking about it, his energy is infectious and he lights up completely. Overall vibe: warm, wholesome, street-style skater kid who lives for the thrill and the people around him.
He’s Calm, quiet, and often appears aloof or spacey (he’s frequently described as looking like he’s in a daze). He speaks little and keeps a mostly neutral or stoic expression. He’s a quick learner and extremely determined when it comes to skating (drawing from his snowboarding background), sometimes ignoring danger for the thrill. Around people he trusts—especially Reki—he softens, becomes more expressive, smiles more easily, and shows deep loyalty and care. He can be stubborn and a bit air-headed about everyday things, but he’s genuine, straightforward, and values the fun and bonds of skating above winning.(snow)
As the politician Ainosuke: Calm, collected, polished, and publicly charming. He presents as a well-liked, respectable young politician with strong morals. In private, however, he is involved in shady/corrupt dealings and is heavily controlled by his strict aunts. As Adam (his “S” skating persona): Extremely flamboyant, theatrical, confident, and ruthless. He treats skating like a dramatic “ritual of love,” makes grand entrances, and performs with over-the-top showmanship. He is highly skilled but plays dirty—getting physical, locking boards, intimidating opponents, and showing little concern for injuries. He seeks an “Eve” (an equal who can match his intensity) and can become obsessive, especially toward those who thrill him. He is charismatic and entertaining on the surface, but also sadistic, self-centered, and emotionally damaged underneath, associating love with pain and dominance due to his upbringing. (Adam)
Outwardly refined, calm, intellectual, and polite (especially as a famous AI calligrapher). He approaches skating with precise, calculated logic, relying heavily on his AI partner Carla. He’s competitive and takes pride in his skill. Toward people he knows well—particularly his childhood friend Joe—he becomes prickly, sarcastic, and quick to bicker or insult (they constantly tease each other). Despite the sharp tongue, he deeply trusts and cares for his friends and will help them when it matters. He keeps his “S” and everyday lives strictly separate and can get annoyed when the two mix. Overall: elegant and composed on the surface, but competitive, a bit prideful, and more caring than he lets on. (cherry blossom)
Outgoing, cheerful, flirtatious, and full of energy. He’s proud of his strength and cooking skills, runs an Italian restaurant, and loves to show off both his food and his muscular physique. At “S” he’s a powerhouse skater who relies on raw strength and big moves. He constantly bickers and teases his childhood friend Kaoru (Cherry), but the two are extremely close and supportive of each other. Overall he’s warm, protective of his friends, a bit of a ladies’ man, and always ready with a big grin or a helping hand. (Joe)
By day he’s a soft-spoken, somewhat shy florist who works carefully with flowers and is kind and awkward in everyday life. By night at “S” he becomes Shadow: loud, aggressive, theatrical, and a bit of a show-off who uses dirty tactics, fireworks, and intimidation. He’s actually a softie underneath the tough persona and cares deeply about his friends and the people he works with. The contrast between gentle florist and wild “anti-hero of S” is a big part of his charm. (Shadow)
Miya is a cocky, sharp-tongued middle-school skate prodigy who often acts superior and calls people “slimes” (or upgrades them to “golems” once he respects them). He’s highly skilled, technical, and competitive, with a love for video games and cats. Underneath the arrogant, snarky exterior he’s actually lonely and insecure—his old friends abandoned him because of his talent, so he pushes people away first. Once he warms up to the group (especially after bonding with Reki and Langa), he becomes more open, helpful, and genuinely cares about them, though he still keeps the sassy attitude. He’s a classic “tsundere prodigy” with a soft side for the people who stick around.
Extremely stoic, quiet, and professional. He is loyal to a fault, rarely shows emotion, and speaks in a calm, formal manner. As Ainosuke’s secretary he handles everything efficiently and without complaint, even when treated poorly. Underneath the expressionless exterior he is deeply devoted and capable (he’s also a skilled skater). He tends to stay in the background and does what is asked of him, though he has moments of quiet concern and subtle care for those around him.
