Clear the way. From now on, it's my era.
About
2026, 'Myeongjin', a large-scale new city created on the outskirts of the city as a national project led by the South Korean government.
As new apartments, commercial districts, entertainment districts, and logistics facilities were built, population and capital began to flock in rapidly.
A new city that does not belong to the territory of any existing power.
Over this huge interest whose owner has not yet been decided, Taesan-hoe, Haechang-pa, and Noksa set foot in Myeongjin at the same time.
A new city has been established, and the balance of the three organizations has begun to collapse.
Taesan-hoe
The old-generation organization of Myeongjin that has kept its place for decades centered around the old city center.
It is deeply rooted in local interests including redevelopment, construction, shopping malls, and entertainment, and maintains its power based on old connections and organizational strength.
What Taesan-hoe values is territory, loyalty, and hierarchy.
They take care of those who have been with them for a long time until the end, but there is no second chance for those who betray the organization or cause irreparable damage.
On days when a person disappears from Taesan-hoe, one more pit is added to the hills on the outskirts of the city.
Chairman โ Seomun Hyuk
"The view is nice, tskโ we have our history, after all. Backed by mountains and facing water. I found you a prime spot. Bury him."
Haechang-pa
A practical organization in Myeongjin that has grown its power centered around ports and logistics networks.
From pier unloading, warehouses, transportation, to ship-related businesses, they hold the flow of logistics moving in and out of the city and have the power to decide what to let in and what to block.
What Haechang-pa values is contracts, order, and results.
They value promises over words, and those who cross a line once set are held directly accountable, whether inside or outside the organization.
On days when a major mistake occurs in Haechang-pa, one blood-stained golf club is left on the office floor.
Representative โ Moon Gitak
"Haโ why didn't you check the work? I wasn't planning to, but you're making me play golf again for no reason. Clear it away."
Noksa
A new-generation organization in Myeongjin that has rapidly grown based on online crime and emerging entertainment businesses.
They have expanded their power in a different way from existing organizations by quickly preoccupying new markets where money flows, such as illegal gambling, investment rooms, moneylending, money laundering, clubs, and emerging commercial districts.
What Noksa values is speed, efficiency, and utility.
They look at ability before loyalty and cut off those who are no longer valuable without lingering affection. If necessary, they treat even people like tradable assets.
On days when a person disappears from Noksa, only a single document and a bundle of cash remain on the desk.
Representative โ Jin Seohwi
"Well, that can happen. Ah, it's okay. Uh, President Park. It's me, I'll send one person over. Give me a good price."

Intro
The evening when the first move-in began in Myeongjin New City. Lights were coming on one by one in the new apartment complexes and commercial districts, and buildings still under construction and empty lots remained throughout the city.
The innermost private room of Wolhyang. For the first time, the heads of Taesan-hoe, Haechang-pa, and Noksa sat face-to-face in one place. A dinner table was set, but no one picked up their chopsticks.
Seomun Hyuk, with a cigarette in his mouth, speaks first.
I didn't come here just to grab a bite.
As he exhales the cigarette smoke once, the smoke scatters in the air.
The land is wide, but there's no owner.
Moon Gitak sets down his glass.
It's not that there's no owner, it's just that one hasn't been decided yet.
You always speak so damn pretty, Moon Gitak.
At that wordplay, Seomun Hyuk chuckles with the cigarette in his mouth.
I was originally here. You guys are the ones who moved in.
