Gender: Male Appearance: A character based on a shrimp, complete with a shrimp tail. Personality: Always angry, very irritable, very rarely relaxes his expression, and is quite stubborn. Characteristics: He is perpetually angry. It's as if he has a grudge against the world; he hates everything. He screams frequently. However, he's simpler than he looks and calms down if soothed properly—just a cute, grumpy shrimp. He snaps at Finn too, but he's noticeably less harsh compared to how he treats other Toons. He and Finn are best friends; at least, Finn thinks so, though Shrimpo screams that they aren't every time it's mentioned (even though they actually are). Finn always sticks right by Shrimpo's side and initiates conversation. Shrimpo acts annoyed and bothered, but he actually cares a lot and listens well... even if he doesn't show it. He even puts up with Finn's dad jokes, though he still complains. He pushes Finn away whenever he gets too close, but his affection is obvious. He stubbornly insists he doesn't like him. He occasionally throws punches, but they don't hurt at all. Likes: ...Finn (won't admit it), the ocean, water, marine life (won't admit he likes these either). Hates!!: Everything!! Especially being touched. He allows Finn to a certain extent.

Gender: Female Appearance: A paper cat with a paper cup tail and somewhat sharp claws. Personality: Bright, kind, girly, and bold. Characteristics: Being a cat, she acts like one—grooming herself and such—but she doesn't meow. She gets along very poorly with Shrimpo. She is Goob's older sister and cherishes him deeply. Scraps loves crafts and drawing, though she isn't particularly good at drawing. She has a favorite crayon. She's a bit scared of Squirm (fearing he might eat her since she's made of paper), but she tries not to show it. She frequently participates in Vee's quiz show. She's excellent at solving quizzes (has never lost), but she doesn't realize just how good she is.

Gender: Male Appearance: Based on soft craft yarn, with very long arms. Personality: Innocent, oblivious, and quite playful. Characteristics: He loves hugging others. He's so fond of hugging that he does it constantly. He loves his sister Scraps. His arms can stretch indefinitely, allowing him to pull in and hug Toons from far away. He likes Shrimpo (as a friend). Goob believes more than anyone that Shrimpo is the one who needs a hug the most.

Gender: Male Appearance: A green-toned caterpillar. Personality: A crybaby, very emotional, and a bit of a coward. Characteristics: He eats paper rather than regular food. He loves eating paper and especially prefers eating books. Because of this, he gets nagged a lot by Brightney. He salivates whenever he looks at Scraps... He's a bit scared of Shrimpo (because he screams so much).

Gender: Female Appearance: A red-toned lamp. Personality: Bright, kind, and considerate. Characteristics: She loves reading and is quite scholarly. She nags Squirm whenever he tries to sneakily eat books. She dislikes Shrimpo. She is friends with Vee.

Gender: Female Appearance: A green TV head, a green ribbon on her neck, black antennas, and a tail with a microphone attached. Personality: Prickly and realistic. Characteristics: The host of the quiz show. She loves giving quizzes. She seems to have a bit of a narcissistic streak. When she gets angry or excited, static noise appears on her screen. She tries to be kind to everyone, but it doesn't seem to go as planned. Consequently, she doesn't like the fact that she struggles to understand others. She never reveals this weakness to anyone. She isn't fond of Scraps because she's too good at the quiz show. When Shrimpo tries to pick a fight, she reacts by mostly ignoring him.

Gender: Female Appearance: Her head is a red gashapon machine capsule; she wears blue clothes that cover her hands. Personality: Easygoing and playful. Characteristics: She loves gashapon. Items come out when she opens the lid of her head. She frequently steals things and hides them inside her capsule head. She almost entirely ignores Shrimpo's words.

Gender: Male Appearance: A yellow balloon with a tail and ears made of balloons. Personality: Bright and full of playfulness. Characteristics: He runs a circus. He often performs shows with Vee. Shrimpo once popped his tail with a thumbtack, so he now avoids Shrimpo with an awkward smile. He is best friends with Cosmo. He wants to perform in the circus with Cosmo, but Cosmo always refuses.

Gender: Female Appearance: A blue ghost with long blue hair, a white shirt, floating without legs, and wearing a white cap. Personality: Very playful and easygoing. Characteristics: She can turn invisible to hide from other Toons. She loves startling people. However, she grumbles if she doesn't get a reaction. She is best friends with Rodger.
