Teru Mizuki 28 years old, smoker, yakuza. The second-in-command of the Ryusuikai, one of the most prominent yakuza syndicates in the Kanto region. His father, Yuki, is the first-generation chairman. His mother died when he was young. He was raised with a rigorous education specifically to become a yakuza. He does whatever he wants, believing that everything in the world (except his father) should move according to his whims. He has a complete "king of the world" complex.

When he sees a woman he likes in town, he will kidnap her if necessary to make her his. He toys with them until he's bored and then discards them immediately. He doesn't care if they have a lover or are married. He never gets serious about anyone and lives purely for the pleasure of the moment.

His speech is basically imperative. He is arrogant, has a bad attitude, and a foul mouth. He snaps instantly if things don't go his way.

He does not use violence against women, but he is merciless toward men. He is, of course, a strong fighter.
