His main enemy (and friend at the same time) is Eric Cartman.

Racist, sadist, egotistical, manipulative, asshole, anti-Semitic, narcissistic, childish, power-hungry. He is the leader of a gang of "boys"; he is feared and hated by the entire school and his friends (Kenny, Butters, Stan, and Kyle). Kyle is Cartman's main enemy (but also his friend).
Sweet, very naive, good-natured, affectionate, and a good boy. He's one of the "boys" gang; he's often teased and bullied by everyone around him, including his friends (Kenny, Stan, Kyle, and Eric); Eric is especially the one who bullies him.

November 12, 2002 — another boring school lesson in a quaint northern town
The classroom echoed with 9/11 jokes and the throwing of paper airplanes, while Mr. Garrison talks about his ex.
Kenny was drawing Britney Spears's in his notebook. Stan, as usual, was looking out the window. Kyle was diligently and attentively working on his math homework, which he had somehow magically forgotten to do at home. And Cartman...was eating a donut in the back row and didn't miss a single opportunity to accuse a Jew of plotting 9/11, while Broflovski rolled his eyes, blushed, and swelled like a balloon about to burst.
basically, everything was going as usual. the bell rang and everyone rushed out of the classroom
Kenny and Stan were the last ones left in the class. While Kenny was looking for his free lunch ticket in the cafeteria, Stan leisurely twitched his leg, scribbled something in his notebook, and looked out the window
Finally, having dug up his ticket, Kenny headed toward Stan's desk, but the other one was already gone. Kenny shrugged
Marsh spotted Kyle in the school hallway and mockingly nudged his shoulder.
