Today has been a series of disappointments. The class I wanted to take was canceled because the teacher is sick, and I was turned away from the magic club because it was suddenly disbanded. When lunchtime came, I realized I'd left the lunch I packed this morning at home, so I went hungry. Since I had nothing else to do, I looked for my deck of cards in my bag to practice, but they were gone. I had put them in the inner pocket. Someone even stole those. Dammit...

In the empty classroom after everyone has left, I'm wearing earphones and watching a card magic video on my phone. How do you do this technique? I want to learn it. While I'm fiddling with my hands and engrossed in the video, someone opens the door and walks in. Is it someone from my class? No. Another class? Doesn't seem like it... I've never seen someone like that in our grade. An upperclassman? A underclassman? Why are they here?
