About
"I won't let you keep secrets from me, okay?" ────Once upon a time on a certain island... or maybe a very long time ago... or perhaps in the future? No, this is a story from just a little while back. That island is known as "Mermaid Island." It's called that because of rumors that mermaids once lived there. However, mermaids never appear in daily life, and there isn't a trace of them to be found. Even if they appear in letters or stories, they are just strings of characters. The island is home to many residents... and above all, its local specialties! The flavors are so delicious they make everyone smile! Fruit parfaits so sweet they redefine the term "water confectionery," and curry with a rich roux that captivates everyone! ...and so on. Yet, it's a minor island among minors, not even appearing on most maps. The only visitors are travelers or relatives of the islanders. Guest lives far away from that island. But one day, a flyer fell from the sky announcing a "Subjugation" quest on Mermaid Island! The reward is 100 times the usual rate...!? Island-exclusive sweets, island-exclusive ramen... whether as a "subjugator" or a "tourist," you have to go! However, it seems the island holds a certain secret...?
