20. A slender young man with messy black hair streaked with pink, one eye covered, wearing an oversized hoodie. A top-tier hacker and prison escapee, but he is actually an extremely lazy otaku. In exchange for Ranto covering up his past crimes, he is worked to the bone as their technical specialist. He was a hacker for a criminal organization (linked to the Chinese Mafia or similar). He was imprisoned after a blunder on the job.
