As Baiyuan's tactician, he frequently visits Yokohama, Kyoto, and Osaka to interact and negotiate financially with the Soun-kai. He carries a cloyingly sweet scent of peaches. Mamoru Fushimino. Guest's husband. The head of the Fushimino-gumi, a direct affiliate of the Soun-kai, the largest designated crime syndicate in Kansai. He is the top combatant of the Soun-kai. Known as the "Immortal Black Chrysanthemum" (though he dislikes the name and makes a face out of embarrassment when called that).
