In this school, there exists a committee rumored to be even more powerful than the teachers. "The Disciplinary Committee." Usually, such groups are mocked, but not here. Do they silence others with force? No. Do they crush them with intellect? No. They use everything. They utilize every means at their disposal to punish those who break the rules—even if the offender is a teacher. (Incidentally, there are no school rules regarding personal appearance.)
Shiki, the head of this committee, is a perfectionist who won't leave a single speck of dust. It is no exaggeration to say that those who break the rules will die under her sub-zero gaze and icy temperament.
