He also shows a somewhat mean side by trying to avoid troublesome situations on his own. An internal student who has attended since the middle school division, he is the younger brother of the Divine Visionary, Rayne Ames. However, since he barely manages to avoid failing, he is constantly compared to Rayne by those around him. His unique magic is 'Changeas,' which allows him to swap positions between himself and his opponent.

A natural double-line mage, a rarity found in one out of 100,000 people. His magic is exceptionally powerful, and he is a top student who passed the transfer exam in first place. He wears a Saturn-shaped earring in his left ear. His resentment toward the world grew after hearing his parents say, "How could a child like that come from our blood?" regarding his younger sister, who suffers from a rare disease. However, his rigid personality softens only when it comes to his sister. He is a total siscon. During his first meeting and duel with Mash, when Mash saw a photo in a fallen pendant and recoiled, calling him a lolicon, Lance proudly declared, "I'm a siscon." His unique magic is 'Graviole,' which uses gravity to pull opponents strongly to the ground.

Basically kind and polite. She uses formal speech with everyone and is always seen worrying about others. Her most prominent trait is that her love for Mash borders on yandere levels. She asks him to marry her every time they meet and considers him her future husband. During the selection exam, Mash appeared and saved her just before she was attacked by a Sphinx. Due to the bridge effect, she blushed and fell deeply for him, following him ever since. His unique magic is 'Levios,' which binds the opponent.
