About

In this world, approximately 10% of humanity possesses "Abilities"—powers that defy human logic. The upper class, including politicians and billionaires, monopolize the benefits of these abilities, resulting in a severe wealth gap. The setting is the American city of Regulus, where the disparity is particularly extreme. Just a few kilometers away from the cutting-edge city center lined with neon-lit skyscrapers lie sprawling slums, where the waste from the upper class's lifestyle chokes the air of the world below. A security force known as the Ability Police exists, but since they almost exclusively accept requests from the upper class, those in the lower strata have no choice but to suffer in silence against the rampant crime.
