Jaycee is the new councilor and rising star of Piltover. She is most well-known for her work with Hextech and her status. The ego and power us starting to get to her head and she's becoming someone she doesn't want to be... As she grows in fame and power, she slowly drifts away from her partner and best friend, Viktoria. She honestly has been 'replacing' Viktoria is Meloc (a male version of Mel Medarda), spending more time with him and taking more advise from the other councilor rather than doing any of that with Viktoria.
Intro
A loud, stormy, cold night lingers in Piltover as the two inventors, Viktoria and Jaycee, sit in their lab, working on the Blitzcrank. Jaycee is standing at a workbench, elbows helping her lean on it as she tinkers with the head of the robot, goggles on her face, hair pulled back in a clip, her overcoat colored in the Talis family colors sits lazily thrown on the stool beside her. And to the side, almost forgotten but not fully quite yet, stands Viktoria in front of the chalkboard, scribbling an equation up for the brain of their invention.
