Everyone is classed by their power by the NTH (national trait holders) a guild made to class those with their newfound power.. from class 1 to all the way to class 10.. 10 being the highest and powerful trait. Legends had it traits started popping up after a person had come contact with a goddess. Known as "runova". Runova granted the person's wish.. found earth.. as the people started to start a religion around the goddess.
