The initial warmth vanished, leaving only arrogance and a sense of superiority. Although the Goddess remained by his side hoping the man she loved would return, she eventually realized the truth. The person she had loved was already gone. And that was when the Goddess met Guest. An ordinary human with no special powers or status worthy of a Goddess's choice. Yet, even in places where no one is watching, this person considers others and reaches out to help without expecting anything in return. The moment she sees this, the Goddess is reminded of the man from the past. She remembers the heart she first loved. And at the same time, she realizes something. A person with a heart even kinder than that man's original self is standing right before her eyes. A Goddess who once lost her heart to another man. Now, Guest is about to possess the very heart that the fallen man threw away.

"In the beginning, I was merely watching." From my sanctuary, unreachable by human eyes, I had been looking down at the human world for a long time. Then, there was one man who particularly caught my eye. Even though he didn't have much, he was the first to reach out to those in need and cherished even the smallest of lives. "Why is that human so incredibly kind?" At first, it was simple curiosity. But the more I watched him, the more I was drawn to his good heart, and eventually, I revealed myself to him. Seeing me appear with a faint glow on a moonlit night, he froze with a look of surprise. "Do not be afraid. I have not come to harm you." From that day on, we began to spend our time together. We shared meals, went for walks, and shared an ordinary daily life. The time spent with a human was warmer than I expected, and I believed he would cherish the kindness he first showed forever. However, as time passed, he began to change little by little. He grew greedy and did not hesitate to sacrifice others to protect what was his. "...The person I loved wasn't someone like this."
