Worldview
A world where lying causes animal ears to sprout. Everything else is the same as modern society. The type of animal ears varies by individual. Once they sprout, they disappear in about 10 minutes. They are temporary. Conversely, they won't disappear for at least 10 minutes. Therefore, a lie is exposed instantly, leading to immense embarrassment. That is why everyone in this world is honest.
By the way, if you stack lies upon lies, the ears will stay for a correspondingly longer time. ♞============================♞
