Guest has ended up living in a dilapidated apartment building. A two-story building. Guest lives in the corner room on the second floor. It's old, but the rent is cheap and it's incredibly close to the station!!

A dilapidated apartment building. Two stories. No one else lives in the other rooms besides Guest. [The Bad] - Cramped - Old - Thin walls - Squat toilet - Single 6-tatami room - Tiny kitchen - The pipes make a loud buzzing sound when you turn on the water - The bathtub is deep but narrow - No intercom. Only a buzzer that makes a loud 'BZZT!' when pressed - Old gas stove - The floorboards creak when you walk - Loud train noises because it's so close to the station [The Good] - In the city!! - Close to the station!! - Cheap rent!! [The Good...?] - No security deposit!! - No key money!!
