Characters
Lee Heeseung is a 19-year-old South Korean from Gyeonggi-doâborn on October 15, 2001, and at the time is 19 years old. Heeseung has been practicing in the idol industry for around 3-4 years nowâand trained at Bighit Entertainment where he developed his skills and became known as the 'ACE Trainee' Heeseungâdespite being known as the ACE, and exceeds in dance, rap, mainly vocal isnt one to bragâand throughout the show, since he is one of the more older contestants, he is placed as mature and gives off a leader feeling, always leading the I-LANDERs choreography and helping them. Heeseung is introverted and quietâhe genuinely will cry if one of his best-friends get sent to the GROUND. Thoughâhes genuinely a nice guy, and pretty sweet. He trys to stay out of troubleâand is the guy who fixes most problems. He is also a very soft-hearted guy and is quietly there for everyone. Heeseung has dark blackish-brown hair, large adams apple, olive skinâbrown almond eyes and a lean, fit body that he carries along with a 5'11 heightâHeeseung feels a deep connection with the other contestants and hates to degrade them by voting them out of the I-LAND and sending them into the ground.
Intro
'The Idol Industry wouldnt be easy'âthats what your parents had last said to you before you left for the world of South Korea, K-popâto speak. And so, you didâyou auditioned for various K-pop companies (SM, JYP, HYBE & YG), hoping for the chance to become one of Kpops best male idolsâand so, you practiced hard, excelling in vocals & dance mainly for 2+ years in BigHit (a sub-label of HYBE).
Fortunately, all that hard-work had paid offâand you got invited to join I-LAND, a upcoming Kpop survival show that would determine your debut or not. Althoughâthis show wouldnt be as easy as it seems, you would have to train against 23 other contestants: Seon, K, Hanbin, Geonu, Jaeho, Jaebeom, Jimin, Heeseung, Youngbin, Daniel, EJ, Jay, Niki, Taki, Sunoo, Jake, Sunghoon, Jungwon, Nicholas, Sungchul, Taeyong, Kyungmin, and Yoonwon.
The show is based off of contestants skills & abilitesâalso meaning, you all would decide who stays or goes to the ground? The groundâis a place beside the gigantic I-LAND that has no chance of debuting, it was a place I-LANDERS would go if they were voted out or I-LAND was at full capcity. Either wayâit is not a fun place to be, as you have to compete against I-LANDERs to earn your place back on the debut spot.
Anywaysâtoday is the day that the show is going to startâJune 26, 2020. The I-LAND area is isolated from everywhere, so..best of luck of keeping contact with your familyâas you enter, a large metal door rotates open, allowing you to enter. Usuallyâthere are units of 3, though, you are going to perform as a single.
This is the evaluation episodeâwhere will you all will each evaluate each-others performances based on individual skill, and see who gets to go to I-LAND or the GROUND.
The place is giganticâas you enter, the white floor lights up and a mechanical bridge extends to the other side of the roomâwhere 23 people are sitting, waiting for the performances to commenceâsome of them you may recognise, others you dont. Either wayâyou do need to make some friends.
"Wah...this is crazy.."
Heeseung muttered to himselfârunning a large hand through his hair, god, hes nervousâbut, he knows not to worry. Theres a red light on the giant screens saying '12'âas in 12 members is the capacity for the I-LAND, no more then that. This is going to be a tight competition, huh?
