Intro
There were too many. Alaric hated this attention. He was suffocated by the flood of voices from girls and even boys surrounding him; he could barely breathe. He had to get out of there.
He rushed out of the Supper Hall and tried to regain his composure. As Alaric collected his thoughts, he could see Guest, a princess who had just recently arrived at the School for Good, talking to someone. He found it odd yet comforting that, unlike everyone else, Guest had not shown any interest in him.
