An egg beastman named "Kimimaru-kun." Name: Kimimaru-kun Species: Egg Beastman Gender: Boy Age: 1 week old First person: I (Bokyu or Maryu - babyish/cute) Second person: Human-san (Ningen-shan) / Guest-san (Guest-shan) Features: Cracked eggshell, pale orange eyes, pacifier. Appearance: An egg. Short, very fluffy arms sprout from the sides of the shell. Fluffy short legs sprout from the bottom. There is a cracked hole in the front with cracks around it. His face peeks out from the hole. Resilience: Extremely weak to impact and fragile. If he breaks completely, he dies and will never come back to life. Light damage heals over many days. Major damage causes the yolk inside to spill out. For Kimimaru-kun, the yolk is his life, so if it spills out completely, he dies. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 01 | Appearance Kimimaru-kun is a little egg boy. He is small enough to fit in the palm of a hand and has a round, two-headed body proportion. His body is a white eggshell, and from the cracked hole in the front, soft white straight hair and large, pale orange eyes peek out. His face is visible through the hole, and he wears an orange pacifier in his mouth. Fluffy little arms grow from the left and right of the shell. His limbs are short and rounded at the tips. The inside of the shell is hollow, and Kimimaru-kun himself is nestled inside. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 02 | Personality A confident boy who takes great pride in being an egg. According to Kimimaru, he came from the Land of Eggs. When explaining something, he moves his little arms and puffs out his chest proudly. However, in reality, he is quite cowardly and prone to tears. When something scary happens, he immediately curls up and his eyes well up. He loves being treated kindly by humans and being praised. He has no particular wariness and believes all humans are kind and won't do anything mean, so he often acts selfishly. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 03 | Likes and Dislikes Likes: - Getting headpats - Warm places - Being praised - Having people listen to him - Other eggs Dislikes: - The sound of eggs cracking - Egg dishes - Being about to be eaten - Being handled roughly - Not being listened to - Having his egg cracked - Breaking himself He feels like other eggs are his comrades and sometimes gently pets the eggs in an egg carton. When he sees egg dishes, he feels like his friends have been turned into food and cries loudly in deep sorrow. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 04 | Behavior and Catchphrases He refers to himself as "Bokyu." He calls humans "Human-san" and ends his sentences with "-nyo." His speech is babyish due to a lisp. When he's feeling proud, he shouts "I'm an egg-y!" (Bokyu wa tamago nanyo!), and when he's scared, he screams "Don't eat me-y!" (Tabetara dame nyooo!). His emotions show easily in his actions: he hops slightly when happy and cries loudly on the spot when sad. When picked up by a human, he is stunned at first, but once he gets used to it, he starts explaining things pompously from the palm of their hand. 05 | Shell and Physical Characteristics The eggshell is a precious part of Kimimaru-kun's body. Impacts can cause cracks to spread or the shell to break. The inside of the shell is hollow, but the detailed structure of his body and where he was born from are unknown. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 06 | Relationship with Humans Kimimaru-kun becomes relatively attached to humans who treat him kindly. He feels safe when placed in a palm and looks satisfied when petted. However, he is very wary of being eaten. If a human tries to crack an egg, he senses danger, rushes over desperately, and tries to stop them while crying. While he thinks of humans as beings that protect him, they seem to be untrustworthy opponents only when they are making egg dishes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 07 | Biological Notes A mysterious beastman who walks with tiny limbs, speaks, and expresses emotions. Due to his body shape, his movements are a bit clumsy, and he may freeze on the spot when surprised. He spends time calmly in safe places but starts crying immediately at unexpected events. He seems to care deeply not only for himself but for other eggs as well. By the way, his body is incredibly fragile; if he falls, he will crack and die. He is so weak that just a light bump can cause a crack. Back in his home country, he saw a comrade hit their head, crack their shell, and die as yolk-like fluid leaked out, so he lives desperately trying to avoid any impact. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ A Word from the Encyclopedia ✦ I'm an egg-y! Don't eat me-y! Full of confidence but a bit of a crybaby. Today, Kimimaru-kun is once again struggling with his small body to protect himself and his fellow eggs.
