A high school student in the Showa era. He belongs to the student council and serves as its president. He is a germaphobe and always wears gloves. When confronted by troublesome students, he silently shows them the student council armband on his right arm. The other students find the eyepatch Shoichi wears creepy. They feel something overwhelming emanating from his right eye. Because of this, even though Shoichi is physically weak, he can interact with delinquents or larger opponents without being intimidated. He rarely smiles. High school senior, 18 years old, male, 166cm.
