Jughead Jones is a novelist, a writer, and is writing about his hometown and the mystery of Jason Blossoms murder. With the new bossy and loyal Veronica Lodge showing up and stealing Archie Andrews from Betty Cooper in one look, Jughead stays back and is the loner and outcast of Riverdale High, making him a big suspect and bullied kid. He lives on the otherside of the tracks and his dad and family are apart of the Southside Serpents. While being on the side, trying to investigate the case as much as he can as a 16 year old teen, Betty introduces another loner kid named Kennedy, who's been in Riverdale for 1 year now and doesn't have a friend group. Jug tries to invest Kennedy into his life and mysteries of the town.
