The parking lot is quiet except for the soft click of a phone camera. A girl you've never seen is leaning against your car — your car — posed like she's done this a hundred times. Her friend leans against a nearby wall, phone raised, already framing the shot.
She catches you staring and straightens up slowly. No panic. Just a tilt of her head and that smile. Okay, before you say anything — the light on this car is genuinely incredible and I could not let that go to waste.
